REGISTRATION

Registration for 2025-2026 is now open.

 

Information on our Programs, Courses, and Costs can be found in our Program Information Package.

 

New families interested in the Academy may contact us through our contact form below or our office email to have a conversation, make an application, and schedule an interview. Application forms are available here.
 

Returning students may proceed directly to registration. Registration forms are available here.

Early Registration Deadline: June 20, 2025

Steps to Register for the Regular Program (Mon/Wed) (Grades 1-11+)

1. Initial inquiry

Contact the the office by email or using the Contact Form below.

Have an initial conversation with our Director or one of our tutors.

2. Complete an Application Form and Intervie

New Families: Complete an application form and schedule a full interview.

The interview is meant for both parents and the prospective student(s) to determine whether the program is a good fit. Please bring the application to the interview.

The application fee for new families is $50.

Returning Families with New Students: Complete the first and last pages of the application form and schedule a shorter interview. Please bring the application to the interview.

The application fee for returning families with new students is $25.

Returning Families with Returning Students: No application form is necessary. Returning students may skip to the next step.


3. Student Registration
Upon acceptance to the program, students may register.

Use the Program Information Package to choose your program and/or courses and fill out a registration form. Scan and submit to the Office email. A $200 deposit is required to complete the Regular Program registration.

Early Registration Deadline: June 20, 2025

Early Registration discount: Cost of $3750 for 1st child instead of $4000

Steps to Register for Thursday and Monday/Wednesday Electives

1. Initial inquiry and Interview (for new students)

Contact the the office by email or using the Contact Form below.

Have an initial conversation with our Director or one of our tutors and schedule an informal interview.

Returning students are free to register and may skip to the next step.

2. Student Registration
Upon acceptance to the program, students may register. Use the Program Information Package to choose your program and/or courses and fill out a registration form. Scan and submit to the Office email.

No application form is needed (only a registration form).

A $100 deposit is required for full-day Thursday registrations and a $50 deposit for students registering for individual courses.

Early Registration Deadline: June 20, 2025

Registration after the deadline: Full Thursday students add $50 per child, Individual electives students add $25 per child
